Attorney Matthew R. Huff will not reveal information relating to the representation of a client without the client's informed consent, except as follows: 
  1. To the extent impliedly authorized to carry out the representation;
  2. To the extent necessary to prevent death or substantial bodily harm;
  3. To the extent necessary to comply with law or court order;
  4. To the extent necessary to prevent the commission of a crime;
  5. To the extent necessary to prevent, mitigate, or rectify injury resulting from the commission of a crime in furtherance of which the client has used Attorney Huff's services;
  6. To the extent necessary to obtain legal advice about compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
  7. To the extent necessary to establish a claim or defense in a controversy with the client or to respond to an allegation or establish a defense in any proceeding concerning the representation of the client.
